How often should I change the wax in my wax warmer?

 We recommend switching to a fresh wax melt every 2-4 tea light hours.

What wax melter should I use? 

For the best fragrance dispersion, we suggest using a tea light burner.

What is scent throw? 

Scent throw is a term used to describe the strength of the fragrance and how quickly it fills the air. A quality wax melt can fill a room with a robust aroma within 10 minutes of melting.

Do wax melts evaporate? 

Unlike candles, wax melts, without a naked flame, do not evaporate. Burn the same wax piece until the scent diminishes, then dispose of the remaining wax.

How do you remove wax melts? 

Here two methods. First, use cotton wool or pads to absorb molten wax and wipe the dish clean. Alternatively, let the wax harden and run warm water over the dish, facilitating easy removal. Ensure the wax burner dish is completely dry before reuse.

How do you clean a wax warmer dish? 

Both methods above result in a clean dish after wax removal.

Can I reuse wax melts? 

Once the scent diminishes, we recommend replacing the wax melt with a fresh one.

How long are delivery times?
